Lake Oaks Landing has an Architectural Committee (Board appointed) that reviews and inspects compliance of residential architectural projects (i.e. new construction, remodel, repair, improvements, demolish, etc.), redesignated as Architectural Review-Compliance Committee ("ARCC") effective 12/6/2025.
NOTE: Owners MUST submit plans and receive majority ARCC "written approval" before any architectural work may begin (including any site prep work). Non-compliance with the required processes can lead to added owner costs (as authorized by Federal, State, Local and/or Association dedicatory instruments). Non-compliance includes, but not limited to, monetary penalties, work stoppage, removal of noncompliance items, etc. Refer to Dedicatory Instrument "2008 Declaration of CCRs".
To submit an “ARCC Application” for ARCC consideration of your Construction Plan:
Additional ARCC information is available to residents via login to this website (with member id/password), select subfolder “ARCC Guidelines/Forms Packet” and Resident Pages, "Committees" for ARCC reports.
